Chuy's is coming to Colorado Springs

Eclectic and authentic are two of our favorite things and we're beyond pumped to be welcoming Chuy's Tex-Mex to our beautiful city of Colorado Springs! Opening in March 2019, Chuy's is also hiring for more than 150 full time and part time positions.
